Nominate Your Nonprofit

Any registered Michigan nonprofit with federal 501(c)(3) tax exempt status is eligible. You can check your Michigan registration status here.

We'll need to contact you through an official channel, like an email at your nonprofit's domain or the phone number on your website. Once verified, you'll receive a link to your account where you can manage your promotion listing.

Rules

Promotion is open to all registered Michigan nonprofits with federal 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.
Nominators must be residents of the USA aged 18 and older. Submit nominations on the form above. Limit one nomination per nonprofit.
Visitors have 100 entries per day that they can use to vote for nonprofits of their choosing. Visitors can receive more entries for completing various optional actions.
Alternate method of entry: You may also vote by submitting a handwritten 3"x5" postcard with your full name, mailing address, email address, and name of the nominated nonprofits you are voting for to Amethron LLC, 900 S 3rd Ave, Alpena, MI 49707. Limit one postcard per day. Postcard will be counted for 100 entries; you may indicate on the postcard how you wish to split your entries among nominated nonprofits. Amethron LLC may discard entries that do not meet these rules.
Winners selected based on votes and Amethron LLC's assessment of project feasibility, nonprofit needs, and organizational compatibility.
If top vote-getters are ineligible or unreachable by the contact methods provided at the time of nomination, runners-up will be chosen at Amethron LLC's discretion.
Promotion ends at 11:59 PM ET on April 30, 2025.
Prize details: Three (3) nonprofits receive a free website makeover and other digital marketing services described in this promotion. No cash equivalent. Amethron LLC reserves the right to substitute another digital marketing service if it is determined that the winner cannot take advantage of it. Third-party services recommended or needed for implementation may have associated costs.
Website makeover and other services will be scheduled before December 31, 2025. First-place winner receives first scheduling, second-place winner receives a later scheduling, and third-place winner receives last scheduling.
Winners must provide proof of nonprofit status and sign a service agreement with Amethron LLC. Winners must also agree to take part in a case study by Amethron LLC that will be published on their website and in social media and advertising channels.
Amethron LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion. By participating, entrants agree to release Amethron LLC from liability. Void where prohibited by law.
